3. Attach Proof of Payment: After completing the payment, please upload a copy of the payment receipt directly on the form. This helps us confirm your enrollment quickly and efficiently.
   
   

4. Submit the Form: Once all details are filled out and proof of payment is attached, click Submit to complete the enrollment process.
